We were blessed with some wonderful times with the family over Christmas break. This year we really wanted nothing more than to be with our families, and let Will play with his cousins, aunts & uncles, and grandparents - and we got lots of that! We started out in Pennsylvania with the fam - above is everyone making Christmas cookies together.
Then we headed up to Michigan. Here's Grandma and Grandpa Dekker getting a picture with their five grand kids. It's always a hilarious challenge getting them to all sit still!
Will made many discoveries on this trip. For instance, he discovered that everything sounds funny when he folds his ears down.
He also enjoyed the stool next to Grandma and Grandpa Dekker's back window. He spend a lot of time just staring out the window, chatting to himself, and pointing out everything he saw.
And of course we went out to breakfast a couple times. As if Will's propensity toward drumming wasn't making his daddy proud enough, he's clearly a fan of breakfast, too!
We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! We're looking forward to the excitement that 2010 holds!

In the picture of the Dekker grandchildren, I think you can tell the kids' ages soley by their level of bluriness.
