I have just spent the last 12 hours of my working life attempting to download my business bank account statement into Quickbooks- a process that was promised all over the box. Silly me, believing something on the box. I swear to you, I could FEEL an ulcer forming.
So, I appeal to you, loyal readers, do you know anything about Quickbooks? Anything? If so, may I abuse your knowledge and frienship? Well, at least I asked.

I use Quickbooks about 35 hours a week! I really like it actually. However, I haven't tried to upload a bank statement into Quickbooks. We just reconcile our account using the reconcile/balance feature if QB.
I can see the potential in QB, but so far it has been nothing but frustration. I wanted to streamline things a bit by downloading the statement - and our bank, Chase, offers this really sweet option to download it right into our register. I just don't know the QB language yet, so it's really frustrating. And our finanacial manager took a 13-week internship in DC rehabing the financial department of a company out there. So I'm on my own: just imagine it, a THEATRE person teaching herself Quickbooks. If I'm able to do this, I should get a freaking Nobel Prize!
